KERAMIC family provide services for many years with various machinery and equipment in the construction chemical production sector.
A project done by Keramik successfully for construction chemical production facilities of one of the giant companies in this sector in Turkey as described below;
Job:
- 3 different type of bagged construction chemicals come from 3 lines in the factory.
- The goods have to be flatten before stacking
- The goods have to be check if their weights are in acceptable limits
- The goods that are not acceptable have to be send rejected product area
- Customer wants to stack 3 different bags separately on pallets
- Before delivery they also want to protect stacked pallets via nylon for the outside weather conditions
Solation:
We used for this job;
- Check Weigher
- Reject Unit
- Conveyor system as needed for transfer operations
- One robot to stack the bags which comes from line 1 & 2
- One high capacity palletiser for the line 3 which has the biggest product capacity
- Transfer car for combining the stacked 3 product type
- Stretchhood for outside weather conditions
