The system is designed for automatically stretching pets and tin packed sunflower oil products from 3 different filling machines on pallets and automatically palletizing.

Pet packages are palletised on pallets. For this application, a mechanical gripper type attachment is used and between 3 and 6 pieces can be stacked in the same cycle, depending on the size of the products and the type of the product. Gripper, which receives the products thanks to its multifunctional robot attachment, can also receive pallets and pallet separators for placing on pallets in related magazines.

For tin packaging, magnetic robot attachments are used and between 3 and 6 tin cans can be assembled in the same cycle, depending on the size of the products and the type of arrangement. With 32 different array presets and 9 different product types 3 robots and 2 stretch wrapping machines, a compact area is palletized and stretched.
